it's 11 o'clock at night. dad is out of town and it was just you and me today.  we had tons of laundry to do and you were suppose to be sleeping...but you insisted on playing, even though i knew you were exhausted.  i secretly love having you stay up with me though when dad isn't here.

i took you out to lunch today to baja fresh. we met up with grandma mitchell and aunt kelsey. you ate cheerios...and limes...

workout.

grandma bought you a bouncer today... to say you love it would be an understatement.  once you figured out you could bounce in it, the world became a better place. i can't tell if you or uncle tanner likes it more. you love this thing. and you love to bounce. and even when you and the bouncer aren't together, you still like to bounce.  you're kinda exhausting ya know? but you're my daily workout, and you're making my arms buff, so bounce away baby, you're doing me a favor.

bumbo.

i finally gave in and bought you a bumbo.  all your friends have one and they can sit up all by themselves.  the only colors they sold in the stores were pink and purple, and those were too girly for me.  so i ordered yours online. you haven't told me your favorite color yet, so i chose mine.  you loved eating breakfast today in your bumbo.  you get too excited too easily in this thing though that you just fling your food all over the place.  looks like we will be washing clothes and washing floors today. dad left today to go play at the cabin and work on some stuff so it's just you and me babe - all weekend.
